Sunday night while sitting at home, John and I were talking about the baby and if we thought it would be a boy or a girl. We knew my appointment to find out was coming up, so we thought it would be fun to do some of the old wives' tales tests to predict what our baby would be! :)
Here are some of the tests we did!
Chinese gender chart boy
baby's heart beat>140 girl
sweet or salty cravings girl
picking up a key girl
ring swing boy
Dad's not gaining weight boy
colder feet boy
eat the heal of bread boy
soft skin girl
craving fruit girl
sleeps on left side boy
show hands palm up girl
These weren't all the tests we did, but a lot of them.
Results:
Based on the old wives' tales, it's a girl! But I wouldn't count on that... Girl only won by one test.
